Williams is still in the league's concussion protocol. He is all but ruled out for Week 6. LeSean McCoy - RB - Bills LeSean McCoy (hamstring) is practicing on Thursday. It is the second practice in a row for McCoy. The Bills have not added another running back yet, suggesting they think McCoy will be able to play this week.
