I was just having a discussion with a bud of mine about Russel Wilson, who was my original fantasy QB. We both agree that Russ suddenly came on at the end of the season, making us wonder if he tanked the season to get Hackett fired. Wilson is not above doing something like that, and he would have had nothing to lose by doing it. But forget about all that speculation. Next year I'm not effing around with the QB position, I'm going straight for the gold, and hopefully I won't have to bench whoever I get unless it's a bye week. The thing that really bothers me is being accused of being a "homer". Yes, I am adamant about Daboll being COTY, but it's an objective opinion based on all the facts I could muster, not only about him, but the other COTY candidates. My last post was an entire article I found that supports Daboll as COTY. If Brian Daboll did what he did this year for any other team but the Giants, I would support him just as intensely, but of course it's too easy to just label me a homer and dismiss my points.
