:D Surgery on Wednesday- screw through the bones to stabalize.

What does it mean to his season?

From the trainer:

at 3 weeks he'll be tested on the bike, treadmill, etc. could run at 5 weeks- if the Eagles make the SB, there is an OUTSIDE chance he could be ready for that game only in 7 weeks.

if on the other hand he's not good to test it in 5 weeks they'll keep the screw in there for 3 months- then 4-6 weeks of rehab after that- he'll be fine for next season.....

Not Good.

Fortunately for the Eagles, the NFC is so weak this season that they may win the NFC Championship anyway.

After a year of having a passing game, they're back to square one again. Amazing.

NFC Championship Game return? , TO , High ankle. MRI results deltoid ligament sprain, fracture of the fibula. Needs surgery and a screw to stablize the fibula and tibia joint. Surgery Scheduled for Wednesday. Normal recovery time 5 weeks possible to run not until the Super Bowl week. That is the best case scenario, depending on pain threshold. :D

Could play safely the week of the Bowl. Best case scenario.
