Primetime9287
Another nice acquisition for the Titans... Chris Hope Signing Edited March 15, 2006 by Primetime9287
Raider.Nation
Although I like Chris Hope as a player. I don't think this signing will have a huge impact on their D. I feel that he was a little over-rated going into this FA period. Based on Pittsburgh's overall play, he was going to be given a little more credit than he deserves. JMHO though. I do own him in my other dynasty league...

Vote Quimby2
nice pick up for a young secondary.
Menudo
Hope is solid. He is an extremely hard hitter and has become decent in coverage. That said, he really benefitted from playing alongside Polamalu. Also, he is a hard hitter, but because of that, he does miss his fair share of tackles. It is still a solid pick-up for the Tians, and I wish him well.
spain
I am very excited over this pick. Anything is an upgrade over the slop we had at safety last year. Tank Williams did NOT step up like he was expected to do last year. And real frankly, Lamont Thompson played like crap. Throw in the on and off field problems caused by an very immature thug named Pacman, and this secondary definitely needed some leadership and direction. Reynaldo Hill was the only pleasant surprise in the bunch. Enter one Chris Hope. He is young, tough, and not afraid to get in the face of a jack ass like Pacman when he is doing stupid things. Great in the locker room and sets a good example. Fierce hitter and tenacious. I think this signing was the Titans top priority this off season. And that is saying alot given the state of Tennessee's wr corp and LB corps. So, I am very very happy with the signing of Chris Hope. Now we just sit back and take the best available QB at 1.3 in the draft and this off season would have to be considered a success...
