Some things I have done (and enjoyed all of them): - Salmon, Tuna - Pork Butt - Brisket - Steaks - Turkey - Chicken - Baby Back Ribs - Chicken Wings What am I missing? Rovers Posted October 30, 2007 Share Posted October 30, 2007 I don't much care for duck in restaurants, but when they are smoked, they kick palette. You don't even need to cut the usual gamey greasy flavor with glaze or whatnot, the stuff tastes great without frills. No apricot salsa needed. My favorite thing to smoke... quackers.
