MTSuper7
I love how officiating can't even get it right after several minutes watching multilple replay angles

Skrappy1
Make-up call for the blown Hochuli call against San Diego in week 1 last year?
bushwacked
Hell, he may have been technically tackled before that ball came out.
SheikYerbuti
I guess I can't complain since I teased SD and the under, and I have SD in a survivor pool.

Riffraff
Make-up call for the blown Hochuli call against San Diego in week 1 last year? Why penalize the Raiders when it was the Broncos who got the freebie win? Besides, week 1 last year was Carolina beating the Chargers on the final play of the game. budlitebrad
The rule is bad, but the call seemed right.
Mr Hammock
Bad call. Not pleased. The same thing happened in the Patriots game and they gave the Pats a TD. How can they justify that?
kcmast
Bad overturn. Refs trying to get too technical. it was a TD.
kcmast
No LT on last 2 possessions???
Mr Hammock
The rule is bad, but the call seemed right. I always thought that two feet down was possession, in the end zone. In your opinion, so I don't think I am going crazy here, what is the difference between that TD and the one at the end of the Patriots/Bills game where the refs gave the Pats a TD? BeeR
It's the Pats. Gotta give it to em. Kinda like calling a foul on whoever breathes on Michael Jordan back when.
Jackass
The same thing happened in the Patriots game and they gave the Pats a TD. How can they justify that? Even though ball hit ground in pats game, watson didn't lose control of it. That's the difference.

That bush league ref'ing has to stop. This is not the NBA. This is a sport that people want to believe is actually played on a fair playing field. CaptainHook
The announcers and the tv replays screwed it up. The WR COMPLETELY loses control of the ball at the end of the play. The rule is you must maintain control and have the ball in your posession at the end of the play. He didn't. No TD. The second or third time they replayed it, they showed him lose the ball. The rest of the time, they quit showing the replay right before the most important part. Edited September 15, 2009 by CaptainHook
mrmookie123
Very concerned about not seeing LT. Need him badly. I saw the trainers looking at either his ankle or knee on the sidelines. He's probably done for the night.
E-A-G-L-E-S EAGLES
Where did LT go?????????????? Not hurt??????????
Mr Hammock
Even though ball hit ground in pats game, watson didn't lose control of it. That's the difference. Their ruling was that the receiver caught the ball and the knee down gave possession. The ball still hit the ground and moved a little. Now here is the kicker - Once possession is established in the end zone the possession can not be taken away. A defender could have come up and knocked the ball in the air, after the two feet were down with possession (which was clearly the case) by rule it is a Touchdown and that can not be taken away because of something that happened after the TD.
