Problem is, they may not announce the details until after the 1pm start and the possibility of a Tuesday or later start exists. How is your league handling this issue? Will you count the Giant/Viking players points towards this weeks game even if they play Tuesday or later? Or are you treating this like a rain out in fantasy baseball - just bad luck?
