Never panic after Week 1. However, dropping Brooks, Johnson and Burleson may not have been a bad move. Brooks is OVER-RATED, Burleson is going to be odd-man out in Seattle (Jackson & Branch) while Johnson will never give you big numbers. I like Pennington, like Bryant, but am not real high on Smith. Love Brandon Jacobs - 6'4", 267lbs, are you kidding me? He is Tiki's heir apparent - get him if you can.

Porter has been a huge disappoint since he entered the league! Friggin guy will go 3-4 weeks without doing a damn thing and then have a 7 catch 100 yd 1 TD day and then disappear again. YES, I had that piece of crap on my team for 2 years and finally cut him lose. Forget about him.

I play in a 12-Team Keeper league, 16 player rosters, but we do allow 2 players to be put on IR. They can be put on IR, but it costs you more than dropping them. You can keep them on IR for as long as they show up on the official NFL Injury Report. Once they come off the report OR play their first game, they must come off a another cost - at which time you must drop a player from your 16-player roster. We have done this for the past 13 years and it works great. I have Trent Green and Joe Jurevicius - both are going on the IR this week!

Wes Welker had a HUGE night last week and Dante looked to him all the time. An abiration or can we expect same with him throughout the year? Dante seems to always pick one guy.
