He's not even the best at his position. Horrible....HORRIBLE pick. So this 5'11 guy is going to cover that stud in Pitt 2 times a year?? lmao....cmon man

Ward might be 5'-11", but he runs a 4.32 40. He didn't do a 3-cone, but he looked plenty quick in games.

At 5'-10", Brown is not big, he's quick. Out of all the corners in this draft, Ward is quite possibly the best suited to try to cover Brown.

How so? Speed is great but Brown can jump out of 5 alarm fire....how does Ward cover that? Wouldn't the better pick had been a Safety?

HA!  I've been yelling Penny's name from the mountaintops...

...yet I hate the situation he fell into.  Still as a rookie he's miles better than every other RB on that team

Hawks got Duane Brown fairly late last season via trade.  They picked up Fluker and replaced Jimmy Graham with Dickson.  Offensive staff replaced to focus on the run.  It's not the optimal situation for a rookie RB, but it may get decent fairly quickly.

Another Mayfield nugget

I’ll never forget a few months ago standing with McVay as he passionately told Baker if he didn’t have his "ride or die" in Goff, he would’ve done whatever it took to convince the Rams to get him. It didn’t feel like hyperbole. That was first inclination Baker would climb very high.

As evidenced by how often you talk out your ass and make it sound like you know something and the rest of us are idiots.

Nope I don't feel stupid, but I'm learning you're mostly an obnoxious troll.

Ward has a 39" vertical and a 136" broad. That's like 95th percentile type measurables.
