cre8tiff
That picture doesn't look like a dude to me, she looks like a black woman. I think the line was crossed when the bouncer refused to let her prove she was not a man by ID, then kicked her out, publically humiliating her. I have to think there was some sort of prejudice here, whether sexual orientation or racial, who knows.

cre8tiff
Why don't we get someones story besides this ugly black dudes? I suggest you go to that restaurant and go into the men's room. I'm certain a similar situation would then occur.
Azazello1313
I suggest you go to that restaurant and go into the men's room. I'm certain a similar situation would then occur. you mean h8 going up to a black dude: "get out of here, lesbian!..oh, you're a guy? sorry, you all look alike. lesbians, i mean. wait. untateve
http://www.nydailynews.com/img/2007/06/30/amd_farmer.jpg There you go. That's the picture she chose to show up and pose for. Whaddaya wanna bet she didn't even look that much like a woman when the incident occurred. I'd hit it.
Duchess Jack
You win. This woman clearly has more rights than the women who really believed some weirdo guy was in the bathroom. Win? Who is trying to win? I am just confused. Most the time you seem to be a pretty reasonable guy. Maybe its me being unreasonable now, I don't know. but are you saying - if you are a chick - with short hair, no makeup and w/o a skirt or dress you don't deserve to eat in a restaurant? All I can base things upon is the picture you posted. Is it legit to kick that person out of the restaurant?

She said in her interview that this wasn't the first time she had been confronted in a ladies room. This woman seems to take great pride in being mistaken for a man. If this was an accident, would she have gone to the press and made a national story out of "Look how manly I am"? I'll save my outrage and indignation for people who deserve it... like women who get freakos disrupting them in the bathroom.
