I was curious to see how other small business owners here handled requests for donations, because you bring up valid points regarding not wanting to bite the hand that feeds you, so to speak. We've gotten quite a few big accounts off of our support to fundraisers and other charitable events. I think blaming a certain party is just an easy way out.
