Controller Posted October 17, 2007 Share Posted October 17, 2007 There are three companies that have online horse race wagering: YouBet Xpressbet TVG They are proprietary - that is, Xpressbet is owned by Magna Corp which owns racetracks throughout the US & Cananda. So they won't allow wagering on tracks they aren't affiliated with. The state Racing Boards have been urging the 3 to get together and allow wagering across their lines for the convenience of the fans, but so far they have resisted. I tried to bet on the Kentucky Derby using my Xpressbet account and couldn't even find any info on it. It was like it didn't exist. So I said F&ck it. (i think) I've never been but one of these days I need to get out there. They also have a greyhound track at the same location. Been there. Lots of fun.
