dfv87
I HAve noticed Deangelo is putting up numbers lately and was wondering when they were going to give Williams his shot at being #1?
trrhyne
Deangelo's improved numbers consist of 1 run of 75 yards. He does have the big play potential, but Foster does better as the every down get 3-5 yard type of carry. Fox likes using the two backs and I don't forsee Deangelo getting the bulk unless Foster gets hurt.
Seahawks21
Eventually he's gotta give the kid a shot right?? He can do in one carry what it takes DeShaun two games to do. Amazing what happens when you give the kid the rock. Knowing this, I fully expect DeAngelo to be back to his customary 4 carries so we can all watch DeShaun get his 58 yards on 23 carries. PantherDave
That is the million dollar question, however, Fox said some "re-tooling" would be done to the offense during the bye, and I believe Vinny will start and DW's load will incrase as well, as Fox does not like fumbles and Foster leads all RB with them or is tied at the least. They won the ball back on a challenge after Foster coughed it up vs Arz, and DW saw more carries after that point in the game. So, Foster may "butterfinger" his way to opening the door for DW. If the team falls out of playoff contention, it's prolly then that the future is touted and he gets his chance.

I think so too. With Vinny in (who is officially my daddy after last week) I know Fox will be nervous, and will attempt to run the ball more, and that, no matter how you slice it will bode will for DW. Foster, given too much rope, will ALWAYS hang himself.
Bronco Billy
Foster, given too much rope, will ALWAYS hang himself end up on the bench with a pulled mangina. Fixed. Edited October 19, 2007 by Bronco Billy
Seahawks21
I see a bet coming. DeAngelo will get no more than 7 carries next week. I have given up all hope.
WaterMan
Davis was better than Foster. Williams is better than Foster. Edited October 20, 2007 by WaterMan

tazinib1
It took me awhile to figure out what the hell this thread was about...then I read the dates. Stewart will still be better than De-Will. Edited December 5, 2008 by tazinib1
