I Like Soup
Soup is nowhere near the Super Bowl, what with him living in Chandler and the University of Phoenix Stadium being clear on the other side of the Valley... Well, it is only about a 35 minute drive ya turd. Even not breaking too many speed laws... Well I was assuming he'd head to a sports bar or something like that near all the action if in fact he stayed in town. Not like he could stay home... what, without a coffee table and all. I  coffee tables...I may be in trouble if Jax makes it since I think a certain someone may come out...I'll send him to Grunge's house, surely he has a coffee table... rocknrobn26
A continuation of my previous post..... May Travelocity take it up the poop shoot, burn in hell, and get air dropped in Iraq!! I tried to book online, it took my seat but not the wife's. After several trys I had to make the call. They said it would cost an extra $50 because of the call, I said your website isn't working, they said sorry but you have to pay the extra$$$. Is this a new scam....put out a great fare, but make it inaccessible so they get their extra $50???? After 2+ hours of arguing, holds, supervisors, etc. w/ no resolve I took it. Could have got a deal $10 less today direct from AA! I will never deal w/ them again!

I've always used Orbitz and like to search for low airfares and then book the directly with the airline. Orbitz and Travelocity are a pain to deal with if you need to revise reservations. I've always used Orbitz and like to search for low airfares and then book the directly with the airline. Orbitz and Travelocity are a pain to deal with if you need to revise reservations. I do the same thing with Orbitz. I have actually bought tickets through Orbizt twice without any real problem other than a connection flight that was 50 mins apart and we did not make the flight. Somehow that worked out very good for us as we got moved up to first class on a different flight that we waited about 15 minutes for. Anyway, Orbitz points me and then I go directly to the airline. Today my fare that I booked a week or so ago is down $22 each. I hate the games that they play.
rocknrobn26
I usually do the same and did...check Orbitz/Travelocity and go to the airlines website. The AA site was $75 more as was Orbitz. I continued on the Trav site (3 tabs open) and it wouldn't let me put in the info!!!! That's why I'm calling a foul!!!! By the time I contacted Trav their price changed! Sorry....I think it's a scam! They put out a price, don't allow you to finalize, that precipitates a call, they make their extra $50! FWIW.....I've been doing this for years, SCAM!!!!! F' Travelocity! theprofessor
I just returned from a 3 day sales conference in Vegas and the airport was super busy today with arrivals for SB weekend. I couldn't stay because I have friends from out of state coming to the house for the weekend so we are going to be partying at home this weekend. I was curious if anyone has ever been to this place and your thoughts ......... Lagasse's Stadium, Las Vegas TV star-chef Emeril Lagasse gives the sportsbook concept a gourmet makeover at Lagasse's Stadium in The Palazzo Resort Hotel Casino, which features theatre-style seating in front of a 10- by 20-foot projection wall, as well as one-hundred-plus HD TV's. For the ultimate fan experience, book one of the elevated "sky boxes" overlooking the stadium, or a "luxury box" private room with pool tables and video game consoles. Game-day grub includes Buffalo wings, nachos, pizzas, burgers and steaks, along with a complement of beers and specialty sports-themed cocktails like the Slam Dunk made with Crown Royal, Dekuyper sour apple, lemon sour and cranberry juice. And with Emeril on board, there's bound to be a few tributes to the Big Easy, such as the Creole shrimp salad, po' boy sandwich, New Orleans style crab cakes and muffaletta pasta with cappicola, mortadella, salami, provolone and Parmesan cheese and olive salad. Even if your team loses, you can still enjoy the taste of "sweet victory" (aka dessert) with an order of Emeril's fried peach pie Melba or funnel cake topped with cinnamon baked apples, strawberries or blueberries and dusted with powdered sugar. Big Country
Lagasse's Stadium is relatively new, in fact I think it only opened middle of last year if memory serves. I have not tried it nor have I talked to anyone that has, but it is probably fairly good.
