herbwildwood Posted March 8, 2008 Share Posted March 8, 2008 I saw this happen to a high school teammate as well. The guy was on the mound during a game and was not wearing a cup. He took a line drive right in the nut sack and got them twisted around and had to have surgery to untwist and remove one of the testicles. Thus, One Ball Paul was born.
