rajncajn
"After failing to land veteran linebacker Zach Thomas, the New Orleans Saints have targeted another available linebacker. According to Steve Reed of CarolinaGrowl.com, former Panthers linebacker Dan Morgan has agreed to terms with the Saints. Morgan was a first-round pick of the Panthers in 2001. He played in only one game two years ago due to a chronic concussion problem. In 2007, he missed 13 games due to a partially torn Achilles' tendon." http://www.profootballtalk.com/rumormill.htm Morgan, who played almost exclusively at middle linebacker during his seven-year career with the Panthers, is expected to change positions and start at weakside linebacker for the Saints. http://www.carolinagrowl.com/Read.aspx?Story=
PSULions
Good luck with him.... If he plays more than 8 games this year he will make an impact on the Saints, however, the likelihood of that is about 10% unfortunately. He is a great player, but he is only one concussion from being done for the season.
Bronco Billy
Horrible thought of the day: Trent Green comes in after Aaron Rodgers get a stinger in a game vs NO. Green scrambles, turns the corner, and Dan Morgan meets him in a H2H collision near the sideline. Bill Swerski
I was hoping that he'd retire and not subject himself to permanent brain damage.

SLAYER
with the Panther's luck, he'll go on a 100 game starting streak... I like this thought, unlikely though.
