CaP'N GRuNGe
Your mission, if you choose to accept it, is to transfer a trillion(s) dollars from the treasury and into the balance sheets of large western energy companies...

Saw that in the paper today. If American oil companies get that much of the pie, our troops aren't coming home anytime soon.

loyalboyd
This is kinda like Bush giving his 2 week notice. And saying I don't give a f##k now. yo mama
Cost of war = $1 trillionvalue of oil in Iraq = $30 trillion right or wrong, I hope that the American public gets at least $2 trillion worth. Our economy is hurting and recouping (+ a little) would be nice. As long as the first trillion goes back into the Nation's treasury, I *might* actually be okay with that. But if it merely inures to the benefit of private companies...

The whole thing is a gigantic fraud, why would it change now?

untateve
I don't think you understand it the way it really is. As I attempt an honest discussion, help me understand how this is not what it appears to be on the face of it. I am not well versed in this area but I don't understand why no bid contracts were given out.
