He was still on my short list, but Roddy was a top 5 WR last year so couldn't pass him up The Colts as a whole took a step back. Everyone who selected a colts player not named Dallas Clark was disappointed. I almost took Wayne with my second pick as well. I really think the colts roll next year. At least on offense. MAYBE Marshall.... well Boldin, who i believe will play for the cards next year with Warner throwing to him , is a stud in that situation, he almost averaged 100/1 a game. In my dynasty rankings i had him and Jennings tied for 4th behind AJ,Fitz,CJ. Yea there are others like Wayne, who's. (ill admit) subpar year scared me off abit. Smith has really only had 2 "stud" seasons in his career. Moss is to old for my taste and TO is well TO. i am starting CJ,Boldin,Crabtree, (Player yet to be determined) every week, and i'll be more than happy with it. but yes, boldinwas a gamble and most definately wont go that high normally...but he is a player i wanted to take that risk on and knew he wouldnt be there 30 picks later. Most of the guys in early rounds everyone knows. It's just that some teams don't like any names mentioned, but it's most important in the mid rounds. TheShiznit Posted February 11, 2009 Share Posted February 11, 2009 In the first round I took LT as the 11th player taken...needed a veteran RB to anchor this crew for a year or so. Then grabbed Marshawn with the second round pick....got some veteran youth. Then got DeSean Jackson in the third. So far I am very happy with my draft. Even though this is a dynasty...I still want to be competitive this year.....and with LT basically playing sophomore football team defenses about 6-7 games a year....he is a pretty good pick at 1.11.
