Czarina
I bought a little jalapeno this spring and I've gotten a few good peppers off it, with more coming. As I was trying to figure out what to do with them, it dawned on me: pepper jelly! Found a recipe to try today and I have to say, it was easy to make and it came out tasty. skylive5
Pepper jelly..... sounds interesting. Don't think I have had any. You might try adding them to your home made chili too.

untateve
When I was on vacation in St Augustine I found one of those pepper sauce stores with all the samples. They had a peanut butter made with herbs and habanero that is really good. I'm going to use it to make some thai peanut sauces. Or I might just make my boys a peanut butter and jelly sandwich for lunch.

Go me Czar......my sister brought over some pepper jelly last year. Piled it on a block of softened cream cheese and served it with Ritz crackers. I admit......it didn't sound good when she told me......lol. But it was delish! Go You!
