Big John
Update: his eye is looking better today, as in not looking to the side and what I can see around it looks white. Hopefully this means no surgery.

Hugh B Tool
Did you get another dog to accompany the slobbering black mouth cur? Yep, living with a gal that has a dog no bigger than my curs head! Pretty funny sight when we are out walking them.

MikesVikes
My dog has had eye drops since January to prevent cataract in her eye. link Is this what your dog has BJ? Sounds like trouble with the 3rd eyelid. #4 Edited June 6, 2010 by MikesVikes
Rovers
That's good news John. How is the pup adjusting to his new master and life otherwise? You did a great thing taking an older dog, and giving him a loving home. I hope he is adjusting smoothly. He could not have ever found a better master. Big John
Is this what your dog has BJ? Sounds like trouble with the 3rd eyelid. #4 That is what he had, but was suspected to be a reaction from a bug bite and is better now.

Still adjusting, but apparently wants to run around the neighborhood loose and at night, so I am suspecting that is what he did before me. He already slipped out of his collar and when I tried a harness, he chewed through that.
