This young man would've graduated from high school this year but his life was cut short this week. He spent much of his life in a wheel chair. Not a way that any kid should live. For the remainder of November, the city that this kid lived in is in the running for the Pepsi Refresh project. If this project gets enough votes, Pepsi will donate $250k to build a handicap accessible playground in the community.
