Bev Perdue on the outcome of Sunday's NCAA Elite Eight game. Beshear said he wagered a Kentucky country ham that the Wildcats will knock off the North Carolina Tar Heels and advance to the Final Four. Perdue countered with an offer of North Carolina barbecue. Beshear has already won wagers with the governors of West Virginia and Ohio after the Wildcats beat the West Virginia Mountaineers and top-seeded Ohio State.
