frenzal rhomb
Found guilty on two counts - ordered to pay 200.00 in fines and 5591.37 in restitution to me. On the way out of the court, he advised me he's not paying me a penny and if I kept "eyeballing" him I would have a problem. Anyway, he showed up in shorts, dirty t shirt and boots ( which the judge appreciated) and was advised if he ever showed up like that again he would be in contempt. He said a lot of stupid things but feels he is not at fault because (this is totally untrue) I fell on my dog during the attack causing his injuries. He is also not at faulth cause he came right out after his dog and reportedly my dog tried to bite his dog too - his dog came out to play and sniff butts but I guess had to retaliate cause my dog bit first. Anyway, even though despite his lengthy criminal history, he somehow thought he was in civil court that day even though he was advised what e was being charged with and asked to enter pleas. the best part is he plans to appeal to the county level where he has a lengthy history of appearances for theft by disception and making terroristic threats. Let the games continue

Next time you're in court turn your cell video camera on, drop it in your front shirt pocket and record his next threat to you (in the courthouse no less) and simply pile on that a hole. Furd
Next time you're in court turn your cell video camera on . . . I'd be surprised if they let someone other than an attorney bring a camera phone into the courthouse. What is the breed of the dirtbag's dog? What is the breed of the dirtbag's dog? Actually it was a Bull MAstiff. Big powerful dog, but from what I understand typically pretty docile. Apparenlty it takes a special kind of owner to turn them into monsters who maul dogs and grandchildren

Therefore, he cant pay off his debt to the state without paying off me. He has done federal time before for filing false income tax reports on two of his employees and then went back to federal prison for violating his probation by depositing 17k in checks into his personal account that were to go to the local ambulance fund. Maybe he can steal from a church or orphange to pay me back

But, I am surprised about the Mastiff, they seem like land-born manatees. Like the Newfoundlands that my uncle used to have. They practically babysat me when I was a kid. What is the breed of the dirtbag's dog? I'm going to guess his threat occurred in the hallway, away from the judge's ears, where I'm sure having a cmaera in a front shirt pocket represents no problem. Apparenlty it takes a special kind of owner to turn them into monsters who maul dogs and grandchildren I've owned a few variations of bully breeds and they have been typically lazy, lovable, fat dogs. Had a buddy owned a bull mastiff and said it was the best dog he ever had (spine condition, had to put him down). Of course I hear the same chit from Doberman, Rotty, and pitbull owners so It's hard for me to claim anything but anecdotal evidence. We used to have a coffee table book in my parents house on bulldogs and such. They actually claimed that if a bull mastiff sensed danger in a room full of people it would instinctively guard the children. Always sounded like a kickass dog to keep around. Anyway, I'll quit blathering. Any dog (or person) treated poorly enough can turn into a monster. When I hear about someone who has a piano fall on them or is trapped in a burning car, I like to think dudes like your neighbor are the ones it happens to. JMHO. youre right but I would love to get my hands on him just once - My dog and I are the vicitm here - yet hes threatening me like Ive harmed him physically and financially. Im out the 5600.00, my dog suffered terrible pain, I was put through weeks of inconvenience and grief, and hes PO'd at me. But still, I think the last thing you need to do is get into a physical altercation with this doooshbag, absolutely nothing good can come of that. Except feeling good if you happen to kick the sh*t out of him, but then you risk getting assault charges headed your way. Hopefully you get your $5600 back, your dog is feeling better, and you can get over your inconvenience and grief. That $5600 will chap his ass more then any physical beating would from the way you've described him. Anywho, good luck regardless.

If he's driving by your place, film it and file a restraining order. The guy wants to go the courtless route but you need to not play his game. You are playing yours now, and now he has to as well. Savage Beatings
Once the Judgment is docketed, go to this website Judgment Collection Specialists. Pay them to search for any of his possible bank accounts. If he has one with any money in it, take the report to your local sheriff along with a copy of your judgment and they should be able to drain the account for you. If the search comes back negative on bank accounts, then you might want to consider selling the Judgment as an asset. You'll only get pennies on the dollar, but that might be better than nothing.
