Ursa Majoris
Anybody here into bands like Flogging Molly and Young Dubliners? I was in the specialist beer shop last weekend and they had Drunken Lullabies by Flogging Molly on and it was just great - real drinking music. So I started a Pandora station based on Flogging..........pure energy. Anyone into this stuff?
darin3
Dropkick Murphys, The Pogues, Skrewdriver, The Tossers... all good stuff. I Pandora this kind of stuff on St. Patty's Day or whenever I feel the need to toss back Harp and Jameson.

Knew the Pogues of course and the Murphys but I'll check out the others too. Edited July 15, 2011 by Ursa Majoris

I recall hearing a Skrewdriver song when I Pandora'ed Dropkick Murphys (that's what I have mine set to) and it was halfway decent. I had no idea they were a skinhead band. Now I must Google. Edit: ... Well, looks like they started out as your regular ole punk band but morphed into a "neo-Nazi punk band". Yeah, I once went to see them but the gig was canceled, thankfully. That was one night out I'm glad I didn't get. Went to see Motorhead instead, IIRC. Chavez
I've always found that Big Country has a nice twist of Celt in their arena rock cocktail.
