He might have added that it is only common courtesy to knock before entering a room, and having violated that courtesy the least she could have done is to have made some refreshments. That would make the average age of his menage partners 25 and a half, up 6 and a half years from the 19 year old. I think you stick with the 19 year old strange than to dilute it with older familiar. Still, something to be said for changing up the game on the familiar. That sort of makes that strange. I don't think there is really a wrong answer here.
