Imagine hiring someone for 230 million and you have to remind them to prepare for the job that you just paid them to do. It's awesome!

They claim because it became a distraction...hmm I don't think its going away, you've already alerted the world to your concern that he spends time studying. No matter how incorrectly you think people perceived it. 

 

Was everybody involved in writing this contract, with that portion included, not aware of how it would look?
