Not least of which I don't know how you would monitor or enforce that. Giving a guy a ton of money when you already know he's not studying or preparing doesn't seem like a great idea. But he is young so maybe he'll mature out of it or give up a bunch of video games I don't know. Nevertheless it's a bit concerning.
