billay
12 team 2 player keeper league with performance scoring. Here are the likely candidates: Ladanian Tomlinson Dominick Davis Julius Jones Steven Jackson Chad Johnson Roy Williams Right away I'm thinking 2 RB's, LT and someone else, but who? Davis is a proven focal point of the Texans offense. He has had some durability issues, but when he's in he's a strong producer. Jackson and Jones had maments last year, both should have more of an opportunity to shine in the upcoming year. All opinions appreciated. muck
Is there anything to be gained by trading some of these guys away?
1stimer
Is there anything to be gained by trading some of these guys away? 820940[/snapback] Gotta at least look at this option ... also the RB's are pretty deep this year and you may think about keeping one of the WR's knowing you can pick up one of those RB's or similar in the draft. Just a thought.
Big Country
Where do you draft? As was mentioned, you absolutely have to look at trading some of these guys for picks or pick improvements, or even package two of them together for an elite RB. Getting two top 4 RBs as keepers plus keeping your first round pick should give you a nice leg up on your league.
billay
I agree with you guys on the trade idea. This is a relatively young league, and this is the first year that it has been a keeper league. An off season trade would set a precedent, but I doubt any of the owners would have a provblem with it. I think the guy with S. Alexander might go for Davis and Jackson.... Edited May 24, 2005 by billay
yo mama
All good advice so far. Though, if you can't trade, I'd go Davis and LT.
