Caveman_Nick
ummmm...... riiiiiiiight. You know...I wasn't thinking along those lines...but I was thinking that maybe she doesn't want to have to deal with the situation where you are cooking, and she knows how much you enjoy it and how much your work means to you, and so every thing has to be 'wonderful', 'amazing' etc. Maybe it's just more relaxing to eat out? PantherDave
Threw some chicken tata's in the skillet-stared at their plain-no seasoning bland azz's. ...a little EVOO if ya please... ...a little dash Lawry's if ya please... ...a little diced onion do ya good.... ...a little can Ro-Tel mix it in..... ...a little sprinkle of BP...a little bit more... ...a little bit of Pramesan to finish thee.... Covered and simmered till the tata's were starting ta juice, then pulled the cover and browned'em up. The Ro-tel and Onions got somewhat carmelized, but the tomatoes made it more like a...a...southwest chutney I guess-spooned that on top. Had some cauliflower with provolone and cheddar and a garlic butter rice(old family recipe). It was quite good- I love to play Dr. Frankenstein in the kitchen.
