Apparently he was having another stellar practice with Brady. They were about to hook up on a 60 yard bomb, when Moss slowed short of the pass and walked to the sideline. He got ice, and stood for a few minutes.

He then had a conversation with Belichek, and shortly after walked to the locker room. Undoubtedly this conversation was about the "Patriot way" regarding discussing injuires...

I think Moss will have a great season. I also think Moss will be on the injury report every single week this season. Good luck figuring out if its for real or not. :D

On the Patriots he's guaranteed to be on the injury report just about every week. This just in: Brady is on the report due to his "injured shoulder."

From the Boston Globe training camp report (Fri Aug 3):

"2) Moss's involvement. The practice was a walkthrough and Randy Moss did line up at receiver and jogged through a few plays. While he might be held back in future practices, our view is that Moss is not seriously injured."

Get used to that!!

lol....

and wasn't there a preseason rumor floating around these boards that Moss might be "a big name" let go during roster cuts?

Seems rather ridiculous to even suggest it was once fodder for these boards.....

Yes that rumor was very much alive!

How ridiculous for the Pats to not cut him back then!
