H8tank
One has arguably the best WR in the league. One is the Quarterback of one of the most expensive and profitable Football organizations ever known to man. The other? Has won a playoff game and is the Quarterback of America's Team. ©Adam Shine Romo 2007 Height: 6-2 Weight: 224 Age: 27 64.4 Completion Percentage 36 Touchdowns 19 INT's QB Rating 97.4 Garrard 2007 Height: 6-1 Weight: 245 Age: 30 64.0 Completion Percentage 18 TD's 3 INT's QB Rating 102.

Hat Trick
Garrard has proven to be a great game managing QB, but he lacks the "IT" factor as I like to call it that could ever have him be an elite QB.

Hes only had one year as a starter though. We'll see what happens after this year. Not saying he will tear it up, but Id guess his TDs go up a bit. peepinmofo
And Romo does? How many WRs have cried for Garrard? Perhaps THAT is the "it" factor?

Zooty
Wasn't the argument for Brady and against Peyton "who wins in the playoffs and who chokes"?
whomper
Wasn't the argument for Brady and against Peyton "who wins in the playoffs and who chokes"? I dont think those comparisons came after Peyton was a starter for 1.5 seasons. No Romo = no playoffs for Dallas for sure 2 years ago when he turned around the franchise and probably last year as well. Not that any of us should take an H8 poll seriously but the Jags D and running game gets them wins not David Garrard. Romo will get his. He just needs to get over the hump. whomper
Bledsoe did his best Deer in the headlights impersonation regardless of who was WIDE open.... So Romos ability to make plays with his feet must attribute to him being a good QB
DMD
Pretending this was serious, Garrard has been in the league for six years and the only aspects of his game that are at all notable is that he is a decent runner on occasion and he hands off really well. He does not make many mistakes because he doesn't much do anything but run and handoff. The amazing thing was that he didn't have better numbers with Taylor and Jones-Drew to concern the defenses. So far it appears he cannot play more than 12 games in a season without getting injured and now that he is over 30, I imagine that will not improve. But otherwise, sure - the same thing. And for the record, Garrard's wife is not only a looker, she seems to be really nice too
