What are your rules for what keepers cost? In any league I've been in that did the lose X round for player Y based on where they were drafted, that round drafted carries with the player, so it would cost whatever it would have been for the original owner. That "cost" is factor in the trade value of those players. For waiver/FA acquisitions, again, what do you rules say? If there is no rule in place, then you'll have to get the league to agree on something - some leagues just don't allow FA/waiver acquisitions to be kept, some assign an arbitrary first year keeper cost, some assign the last round, some do something arbitrary like say 12th round (assuming a 16+ round draft)
