I got to take a few engineers to one of our factories in Cali a few months back and they were doing a Napa Valley wine tour over the weekend. I am going with several other club managers plus spouses, and I am pretty sure most of the schedule is pretty set with the education sessions, back of the house walkthroughs and the vineyard tours. The choice was either Boston (I think) or Vegas. I petitioned for Vegas because the rooms were cheaper. They really were. Plus I had a cool boss.
