If Houston wins NO gets the # 1 pick BUT who gets # 2? If the Jets lose to bad Buff and GB loses to very good Sea does that change their strength of schedules enough to give the Jets # 2 and GB # 3 or does GB get the # 2. That would be the question. The # 1 is easy. SF wins Houston gets # 1 and NO get # 2, Houston wins NO gets # 1. Edited December 31, 2005 by giantsfan
MikesVikes
I think that Houston will make it easy on the tie-breaker system. SF has been climbing the charts the last few weeks.

hoopzfanatic
Yeah...SF decided to go ahead and start playing their way out of the Bush lottery. So know it looks like they should take this game from HOU also.

Vet
Wow - New Orleans has a good shot at the number 1 pick with the Jets and GB having won and Houston out on top. Do you think they'd take Bush given the fact they have McAllister? I would if I were them, especially with Deuce coming off an injury. I hope they don't get it. It would be a shame to see Reggie Bush rot in that hell hole. He seems like a good guy.
Primetime9287
I wonder if Tennessee will pick ahead of Oakland, NYJ, & GB when they go to 4-12 since they are all tied. Titans getting 4th pick would be suweet!

Vet
Which hell hole? New Orleans or Houston? 1243935[/snapback] New Orleans. Houston will field a competitive team someday. The Saints have proven over the years that will never be good.
budlitebrad
Well Haslett is obviously not the answer. He may work out somewhere else, but NO has a bunch of underachievers who need someone to light a fire under their arses.

At this point I can't see the Jets getting Leinart at # 4 unless he does poorly in the combine though. With NO at 2 needing a QB BADLY and Tenn at 3 certainly a possibility to take a QB with McNair maybe leaving or at least close to retirement you'd have to figure 1 of those 2 would take Leinart. Now if Young comes out that could be their guy at 4.
