jjpro11
well heres mine. this is the final roster. i finished 3rd in the league in total points yet finished 6-8 in 7th place in a 12 teamer. i did pretty well overall deciding who to play in each week. i put up the points, just had horrid matchups. 1 qb, 2 rb, 2 wr, 1 rb/wr, 1 te, 1 k, 1 d qb - david garrard, trent green, jay cutler (had leftwich before he got hurt and huard while he filled in nicely for green) wr - torry holt, anquan boldin, donald driver, lee evans rb - ronnie brown, frank gore, thomas jones, maurice jones-drew, marion barber, tatum bell, brandon jacobs, deangelo williams te - colston, (yahoo league), picked up chris baker as a replacement when colston was hurt k - carney d - minnesota (started with tampa bay, had minny most of the year though)
fpuma
I feel your pain. I just missed the playoffs. I need a team to lose the last game and they were able to pull it off by 2 points. I had the second highest points scored. Only 2 teams cracked 1500 points scored. The rest were in the 1300s. Here is my team Bulger Kitna LT2 W Dunn D Williams M Bell W Lundy J Norwood M Harrison TJ Housh Roy Willimas J Wilkins ALT D I would have rolled through the playoffs too. gerry.harris
AFTER MY DRAFT, I THOUGHT THAT I HAD THE BEST TEAM IN THE LEAGUE FOR SURE, BUT, SURE ENOUGH, I MISSED THE PLAYOFFS WITH THIS TEAM: TONY ROMO BRETT FARVE S. ALEXANDER S. JACKSON K. JONE W. MCGAHEE T. HOLT D. DRIVER L. COLES A. JOHNSON JAY FEELEY PHI DEF. I STARTED THE YEAR WITH S. ALEXANDER BUT TRADED HIM SHORTLY AFTER HIS INJURY TO GET S. JACKSON. i_am_the_swammi
Knocked out in Week 14...lost by 4 points, due to MBIII's "0" and SA's "5" points, as well as my opponent getting TWO Hester KO returns: QB: Young (had that 39-yarder to end the game...huge FF pts) RBs: Sjax, SA & MBIII (KJ on pine) WRs: CJ, FItz (Burress, Stallworth & Glenn on pine) TE: Witten (LJ on pine) K: Gould (Elam on pine) DEF: Minn (17 pts game) All my players performed very well that week except MBIII and SA....UGH!!! Team went 9-4, tied for 1st but lost tiebreaker, so had to play in 1st round.
