He hit a snag in the workout, and had a couple of attorneys look at everything he signed (presumably looking for a loophole) ... and his response to me was, "If I don't honor this contract, you can ruin my life." He is right. I have a good attorney. So, we restructured the workout. He was to have made a payment to me today by 2pm. He did not. So, either he or his (modestly wealthy) FIL will pony up the $$s he has stolen or I will end up foreclosing on their house and will be selling all of his business and personal assets at auction.
