Menudo
Did you see exactly what he did? Yes, he ran and picked up the ball and then flicked it towards Gaffney after the drop. They then showed Belichick screaming "That's a penalty".....and it was.
Skippy
BS. If the WR had the ball in his hands the call never would have been made. It's not a penalty to "launch" yourself into a player the way he did. The guy can't stop himself in mid-friggin-air. Horrible call. Anyway, thank you Cassell and NE WRs for sucking I agree. If the player had the ball. The WR did not have the ball and I think it was pretty clear that he did not. And now a INT for a TD. Why is this not a TD? How can this not be a TD? Menudo
I'll admit, a lot of it has to do with jealousy, as the Patriots have ruined Steelers fans dreams a couple of times, also, my dislike of Belichick has a lot to do with it, but, wow, I love watching my team beat the Patriots !!!!! "A thing of beauty is a joy forever." P.S. The Steelers fans have taken over Gillette Stadium................. BeeR
I agree. If the player had the ball. The WR did not have the ball and I think it was pretty clear that he did not. er not to the defender, who had launched himself by then. And now a INT for a TD. Why is this not a TD? How can this not be a TD? Unless you needed 6 pts from the PIT D, who cares?

It's almost as good as watching Penn State lose.
Bill Swerski
Poor Lawrence.....one inch short. That f'n sucked. A Steelers defensive TD may have sealed the deal for me this weekend.
nhoops
Great Win for the Steelers. The D showed up in the second half. Those 2 quick TO's and 13 pnts killed us. Going to be a tough battle for the division.
pig devilz
well, when you kick yourself in the arse, and your opponent kicks your arse, you deserve the humiliation..... if defense truely wins championships, the steelers will win the SB. not only did they make big plays, the constant pressure just makes teams f up. not to impressed with their offense, but menudo alluded to that earlier.... i'm gunna go now..... Yes - I was there - Pats fans cleared out of there after the 3rd quarter - But it was cold and rainy pretty good. IMO - That game ended the Pats chances for a playoff birth. Would pretty much have to win out from here on - Steeler D was relentless today.
