Wpob
So with the deadline closing in, will any big names (or mid-level names) move? I am thinkg GB has to be in the market for a RB and should be nosing around Oakland to see if Bush is available. But, I think Lee Evans gets moved. Buffalo needs picks and he could bring in a #2 or a #3 for a desperate team (the Rams? Chargers?)
Big John
MBIII could be moved, though DAL is denying it.
PPIchamp
McGahee I hope.

Bush is staying in Oakland - Teams have been offering 3rds for him for the past two years and Al won't take anything less than a 2nd. CaptainHook
McGahee wouldn't bring much...
Scorcher
McGahee wouldn't bring much... Denver, Green Bay, Tampa Bay?

Wpob
Would Evans really bring in a #3? I think he would. If someone is desperate enough, they will pay. Evans is a decent #2 WR who could have upside in the right situation. He would be perfect in SF as the deep threat with Crabtree and Davis working the middle and short routes. Also, he would work in Miami (in a 3 WR set with bess and marshall) and Houston (to take pressure off AJ). And if I recall correct, I do not htink he has any injury issues or is known as a clubhouse cancer.

New England set the market prices by dealing Moss for a 3rd and giving up a 4th for Branch. Evans has been the model of inconsistency. A 4th would be pushing it but not out of the realm of possibility IMO. Not sure Buffalo would let him go for that.

Moss comes with much bigger contract liability and much bigger personal issues risk. Evans is only 29 so has a ton of football left in him, has no history of injury, is perhaps faster at this point than Moss, and most importantly under contract for the next two years - potentially a huge asset pending new CBA info. And he's show definite flashes of brilliance but with absolutely awful QB play will never get any consistency. I could see a number of teams that this could work for: Rams - they are contenders THIS year and he's young enough to be part of the next 5+ years with them. Please someone give Bradford some weapons. Chargers - injuries create a need and it would be right down AJ's incompetent alley to pay for Evans and let VJax go for free. Redskins - much more of a sure thing than Armstrong, allowing them to bring him along at his natural pace. Cooley injury hurts. Tampa Bay - a veteran WR for a rapidly developing QB sounds like great use of a future pick to me. They can't run it so maybe just wing it 50 times a game. Falcons - with a stud-potential QB and a running game doing nothing it might just be time to go Air Ryan. They traded a 2nd for Gonzo so there's history here and Evans would be a much longer-term option for them.
