Chase is definitely a top 10 WR but with options like Smith, Nabers, Evans, and Olave you're pretty solid and you do need help at RB. Sutton is the #1 for his team (albeit a less offensively explosive team), and yes, will see more targets/opportunities imo. The reason Wicks is in the conversation is because of Watson's injury, allowing for more opportunities for Wicks, which he took advantage of last week.
