alexgaddis
That is a really tough call. I think it will depend on what the market value is for him. The Steelers historically have a value in their head that they think a player is worth, if someone goes over it, they are out of the bidding. Personally, I think Randle-El goes. He is an extremely gifted athlete, has done a lot of good things for the Steelers, and the Steelers will certainly miss him if he goes. That said, he is very inconsistent. He drops a lot of passes, sometimes on crucial third downs. His return game can be fantastic, but he makes lots of mistakes there as well. I think the Steelers gave him an opportunity to prove he can be a #2 Wide Receiver this year, and though he provides some great diversity to an offense, I don't think he is consistent enought to be a great #2. I think the Steelers will let him go, bring someone else in to compete with Cedrick Wilson and Quincy Morgan for #2. Cedrick Wilson is a solid slot receiver as well. Personally, I think Quincy Morgan is intriguing. He has a lot of talent, and he seemed to pick up the Steelers offense quickly and was improving as the year went on. He could be a sleeper for the #2 Wide Receiver next year, and a deep sleeper on Fantasy Football rosters. 1289471 Short receivers suck

Perchoutofwater
Or it shows just how bad the NFC tightends are. 1288551 Yes, Shockey, Witten, and Cooley suck.
Randall
He was selected as a "need" player, not only for his TE skills, but for ST and his deep snapping ability. 1288820 I hope so. Cooley, Shockey, Crumpler, Witten, Wiggins, Stevens had better years.
Ursa Majoris
I beat Big John to the punch. What do I win ? 1289540 Yet another Steelers coffee mug, to go with the 827 you have already.
Ursa Majoris
Ya beat me to it! IF Turner can figure out how to really use a TE, other than blocking that is, I think Clark is serviceable. Does he deserve a Pro Bowl spot? NAH! At least by the HAG rules he was the 16th best TE. Just some food for thought. 1289512 The priority for the Bears this year was to protect their QB. Clark did well in this role. While he isn't the greatest TE in the world, he does bring experience. By any set of FF rules he would be very low because of the job he was asked to do. Again, that ain't his fault.

MikesVikes
Who would've thought 229 yards and 2 TD's would add up to a Pro Bowl season? What a complete joke. 1289383 Take one game away against the Vikes where he had 4-19 and 2 tds and it gets even worse. The dude would have 210 yards and NO TD's. WaterMan
Mike Vick was selected because they didn't want the NFC's dominating QBs to be injured. And it's not like he's going to make some Pro Bowl line backer look stupid and injure himself in the open field, or anything.

kpholmes
Clark - 200 yards and 2 TDs... Cooley embaraces Clark anyday. I would have loved to have seen Cooley go instead. Edited January 30, 2006 by kpholmes

Chavez
Cooley embaraces Clark anyday. 1294885 I agree; the selection of Clark ahead of Cooley is nearly as embarrassing as your spelling skills.
Big John
Big John will write you a poem. 1295058 There once was a man from Nantucket, Who kept all of his cash in a bucket, But his daughter, named Nan, Ran away with a man, And as for the bucket, Nantookit.
