Petrino has been complaining about Harrington's tendency to hang onto the ball too long. Apparently he hasn't seen tape on how long it takes for Leftwich to get rid of it. Probably should of done it right after he got cut, but then it'd show a lack of confidence in Joey (after all the building him up post-Vick). Guess it was only delaying the inevitable. To be honest, Harrington holding onto the ball too long has a lot to do with the Falcons WR's not gaining enough seperation to get open. I don't think it'll really matter to the WR stats if it's Leadfoot Leftwitch with his painfully slowwwwww windup, or Happy Feet Harrington under center. Until the O'line pass blocks better & the WR's beat their man to get open, it'll just be more of the same. Oh yeah!
