McBoog
DUDE! It is GAME FRICKEN 2! Playoff Atmosphere??? A few years back (04 or 05) the Broncos choaked like a 2-3 game lead at the end of the season and the Chargers won the division. It is a division game and they are all important. But, playoff Atmosphere??? How can you evaluate any improvement of your team based on the performance against that High School team you faced last week? Getting Marshall back is going to be interesting, but rookie boy is no longer a "secret" and you have two of the best corners in the league on them (though Cro is a little banged). The Bolts have some dings, but even then, their depth is better than a lot of other teams ones. The Broncos did not score a TD in either game against the Chargers last year and the Broncos still can't stop the run. Rivers gets time to pick the middle of that D apart and it is not as close as you hope. Say jehllo to my litl' friend! Chargers 24 - Donkeys
Hat Trick
As a Chiefs fan and a severe NE, OAK, DEN and DAL hater I will be rooting for SD to pull this one out to hopefully get the "3" AFC West teams to 1-1. Sorry faider fans I think the game will be closer than McBoog, but a good prediction nonetheless.
AtomicCEO
I'm going to the game with a Raider fan. He usually hates going to Mile High, but if there's one thing we can agree on, it's that the Chargers should lose. I'll be the guy in the dark blue shirt with the orange lettering on the numbers. Keep an eye peeled for me.

They had 2 very talented corners on them last week and they got pwned by the noob. This is one of the games I can't wait to see.
Randall
Double cover Marshall but don't bother with Royal. He's just a rookie. Thank you Eddie Royal owner
Hat Trick
Single cover Marshall and Royal but don't bother tackling them. They're just WR's. Thank you Eddie Royal and Brandon Marshall owner Fixed
Randall
Fixed Denver's a run first team. They never throw the ball.

McBoog
Hell yeah bro! This game is huge. SD looks beatable. Two games up would be awesome. You mean the season where Jake Plummer was QB, team was 7-2 and dropped two straight to good teams (Indy and Pit), then Shanny pulled Jake for then-rookie Cutler? This year will be different, if we get a defense that won't get run over like a steamroller through a campfire girls picnic, there's a much better chance of holding it. Dress that way, and the ladies will be all over you. You're welcome in advance.

NAUgrad
Fixed Nice......except it looks like your vaunted D is the one that got steamrolled last week. You better hope Denver doesn't decide it can run the ball or they will hold a 20 min advatage in time of posession. I expect Denver to win this game this week. Gates and the D are a little banged up. Of course being a Bronco fan helps my bias opinion.

WaterMan
After seeing the Chargers get beat without Steve Smith, I doubt they can beat the Broncos.

Medal of Honor
As a Seahawks fan I want the Broncos to die in a fire. Long live LT and the Chargers. Run the score up and don't put your second string in when it's 55 to 0.
Rovers
Just had one of those "visions"... you know, I' m a Catholic and all that.... Rivers, on the sideline with a knee injury, down 10 points, challenging Cutler to a wrestling match. Rivers is so wound up, he's pointing all over the place, and pokes his own eye out. In the aftermath, his team mates and Jamie Dukes proclaim they like that kind if fire in a player. A month later, an eye surgeon buys that house in the Caymans that he's had his sights on. Jamie Dukes buys a time share in it. Coincidence?

Of course being a Bronco fan helps my bias opinion. It WAS ugly in the first half. Shut them down in the second half when the team finally woke up, about 30 yards total on the ground after over 100 in the first half. That last drive was maddening and the CBs admit they were going fot picks an being too aggressive. Look for them to calm down, stay in the scheme and wear down the much smaller Broncos in the second half when they walk and away from them (close first half). Tucker will give plenty of pressure and don't forget the other Shawn. The Chargers went 4-0 without Merriman the first time and as I recall, the Broncos were one of those teams. Not to minimize the loss of the pro bowler, but they have guys that can play!
