Kid Cid
This is pretty much a staging are for thing I drink rather quickly and I though tit might be interesting to post up what is lurking in there every once in a while. The bigger question is, what's in yours? http://www.corrundum.net/post/Whate28099s-...-wine-rack.aspx
twiley
I need to document mine better. I have no clue.
Perchoutofwater
I must be a perv, because from the main board index I read the title of this threat as "what's in my wife's wrack?" I'm thinking milk, fat and/or saline, not too many options.

I'm branching out! 45 bottles of Frenchie swill!
twiley
Wouldn't that be kind of a tease for you at this time? True, no reason to fall off the semi-wagon.
nogohawk
You're a little light on the Washington/Oregon Wines. May want to ramp up a little more on those. That's exactly what I was thinking. Maybe we should arrange a swap meet and let you branch out a little. Been drinking some CdR, Malbecs, reasonably priced Cali Cabs & Aussie Shiraz ... usually break out a nice bottle or two during the weekend. Last weekend was 2006 Beringer Sbragia Chardonney and the week before was a 1999 Phelps Insignia (awesome juice)!
gilthorp
Dang...that's a big list. Mimi told me today I should categorize what we have, so we know what to buy, and I have 38 bottles. Most of them are from Lynfred winery, the best ones being a Cabernet Franc, and a Petite Syrah. Need to figure out which ones will keep the longest.
