tazinib1
There are quite a few guys that I'm gonna zero in on during RFA in dynasty leagues, but there is one WR out there that might not be on a lot of radars. I'll let you figure it out.
MorningMud
Flynn is a very interesting player for next year. I think Austin Collie will come a a great vaule for the production next year too. In IDP I think Perry Riley could be worth keeping an eye on.

montster
I know the Raiders have a lot of talent at WR, but Heyward-Bey has put up nearly 1,000 yards and about 65 catches this year. In PPR leagues, he could become a fairly reliable WR2/WR3.

Kris N
Players to target QB: Flynn (might have to overpay with all the hype) Freeman (he is too talented to have another year like this one) RB: Lynch (you will have to take him early but he gets the AFC East instead of AFC North like this year, Tom Cable works wonders with O lines) Ridley (if they dont resign BGE then this kid looks to be first in-line for the bulk) WR: Cruz (most will think he is a one trick pony but this kid is legit) Amendola (lets not forget how great he is for PPR) TE: Hernandez (great stats and 2 rounds cheaper than gronk or graham) Cook (locker loves him and the OC finally realized they should use him more) DEF: Seattle (they were top 10 last year and top 5 this year. carroll has worked his magic with this d and they will keep getting better) Green Bay (their young DBs & LBs will get better with a full offseason and they get the AFC South & NFC West next year) IDP: Derrick Johnson (he gets overlooked sometimes but he has finished top 5 for 2 straight years) Desmond Bishop (was on his way to a top 10 if not top 5 finish before his injury) Edited January 3, 2012 by Kris N

Don't like the Ridley & Amendola call though. Ridley worries me with the lack of running game in NE. Or should I say, NE's penchant for spreading the carries. Maybe with BGE gone then Ridley will get the bulk, but I don't see NE committing to just one back. Amendola, and the entire St Louis offense for that matter, just worries me. They took a huge step backwards this year when everyone expected a decent showing. I don't think the injury would be a concern, so he does have some sleeper potential. I just wouldn't want to reach for him, even a little. If you're looking at a few players coming off IR for this next season, I like Leonard Hankerson & David Gettis. Hankerson looked great in limited time this season and Gettis was penciled in as the clear starter opposite Smith in Carolina before getting injured. Caveman_Nick
Ridley (if they dont resign BGE then this kid looks to be first in-line for the bulk) BJGE has 510 career carries, 4.0 yards per carry, 29 TDs, 0 Fumbles. I'd be surprised if he goes anywhere. Never going to be a star, but is a great role player. Ridley's looked good in spurts. 87 rushes, 441 yards, 5 YPC, 1 TD, 1 fumble. His use is different than BJGE's. Benny's become mainly a SD specialist. Doesn't turn the ball over, is patient, scores TDs. I would not expect to get bellcow numbers out of Ridley. It's not the Patriot Way. Too much work will get split. Look for Faulk to be gone (maybe become the RB coach), Vereen to step in and get some work, and for Woodhead to stick around as long as he participates in the return game. they'll keep and use 4 guys. Even if they let BJGE walk, look for Vereen and woodhead to vulture that load between them. It's the system they use.

sacosud
Ryan Mallet. I see a ton of QB hungry teams and we all know how the Pats like to collect picks. He could be a franchise qb very soon.
Caveman_Nick
Ryan Mallet. I see a ton of QB hungry teams and we all know how the Pats like to collect picks. He could be a franchise qb very soon. Interesting....because this appears to be a fairly strong QB class and Mallet hasn't really done anything to warrant such an upgrade from his draft slot last year (Full disclosure: I thought he went much later than he should have, but clearly NFL personnel people did not agree). I think it's more likely that they trade Hoyer for a 3rd-4th round pick OR in a package that nets them a second/3rd in 2013 and then sit on Mallet for another couple of years....especially considering Brady's age. It will be something to watch, though. I would not be upset if they netted a nice set of picks for Mallet, so long as thos players turned into something
Kris N
flynn will be hottest FA but hoyer's name will definitely be most talked about in april. those 2 and hill are the best backup qb's in the league, so they should both get a shot to start or at least compete next year. having mallett gives the pats the luxury to shop hoyer. rajncajn
I think Mallett will be another Aaron Rodgers situation. Not saying he will be as good, but he'll likely sit for a few years before getting a chance to start. Perfect situation for him IMO & I really like his potential considering who he is learning from. Mallet has a cannon for a arm and I see him as a very decent lotto pick and in my opinion they could get a pretty good buyer these days. I like him better than Landry Jones. I see Luck, RGIII, L.Jones as the top QB's Weedem looked pretty good, but I think Mallet is better than him as well. Hoyer is a good back up for Brady and I just think Mallet could get the Pats more on the open market. The whole Manning melt down and Polian's getting fired could make some gm's do a double look, so there is value in Mallet staying, however keeping him on the bench for 3-4 years is a waste and I can see him causing problems if he's not dealt. Mallet is no Rodgers in my opinion. I think he wants to play asap and unlike Rodgers won't sit around quietly and wait, this is all opinion of course. He has kept his nose clean so far. ABearWithFurniture
CJ Spiller should be interesting...put up some very good numbers once he became the feature back when FJax went down, and a few of those games came against some decent run defenses. Too bad Gailey hates him and winning...
