Skippy
I've had no luck finding the software at a few of the local BB's even though the web says that they have it. I will try two other BB's today and see if I can get up and running.
i_am_the_swammi
yeah...the only thing stopping me from buying the game is the fact that I can't usually stay awake late enough to play now. +1 I tried this past Friday, and I was snoring by 11:15. The midnight EST start time is rough, let alone the time the game must end. Since the swammette is up early all week with the four kiddies, I usually take over on the weekends. If anyone is ever up for a Sunday afternoon game or two sometime (might be a nice distraction while we wait for the pigskin to pick-up), PM me. EDIT: Moneymaker Download This is the link to download the software. It costs $20 from this site, but since many of you might be wasting gas and time going from one BB to another, it might be worth the extra $10 to save the frustration and just download it. Or, if you want, google it, and you can find a used copy for about $8 including shipping. Edited March 4, 2007 by i_am_the_swammi

Timmypg
I'd be for an earlier game. I can lose $30-$40 a weekend if there are multiple games.

whomper
You guys should just order it online..It will be here before the game friday..You can get 3 for the price of 2 if some of you want to pool your resources..As far as an early east coast start time I really cant get started much before 11..I actually shaved an hour off of last years midnight start time..My kids are bionic as you guys know and are never asleep before 12..If we are going to get early and late games going try and make sure the early one starts early enough so it doesnt run into the late ones start time.. Brentastic
I just ran out to my local Best Buy and they had every poker game imaginable, EXCEPT for Moneymakers game... I had trouble finding it and was about to leave but decided to ask someone there. They looked it up online, copied the number and looked up the location in the store- it ended up being in the "value software" section. Just so you know what you're looking for, it's only the size of a CD case. I was initially looking for a bigger packaged software. So, obviously I have a copy and I installed and was online thru it within about 5 minutes. Excited to try this next Friday. See ya there Oprahers!!!!!!!!!!!!!! spain
I believe computer generated..How was the chat with them ? They didnt chat. I am sure they were computer generated. That said, I am at a loss at how you find and attract other people to your table.

That said, I am at a loss at how you find and attract other people to your table. I was being sarcastic..You cant approach this the way you approached pokerroom or a true online poker site..This is basically a way for huddlers to play organized games..If you are looking to sign on moneymakers and have a decent amount of random players looking for an online game I dont think you will have much luck..Moneymakers finally has to use his feet to count how many copies he has sold and that is thanks to the huddle Edited March 6, 2007 by whomper
Skippy
Thanks for the heads up on the "value section" at BB. That was my problem in finding the program. As of right now the program is sitting on my desk and waiting to be installed. Should be good to go next weekend since this Friday I must sleep since I have a major test on Saturday morning.
