irish
I watched as I teach 3rd grade and have taught fifth as well. It's hysterical to see people doing math computations on their fingers. I do have to admit that I can see how people get some of these things wrong as it's been forever since they had to figure out the area of a triangle or what star is closest to the Earth. Some people don't even realize or remember that the sun is a star, let alone recall if it was the closest to the Earth. Which president was the first to be impeached? Most people can't name half the presidents, forget about knowing them all and then remembering which one was the first to be impeached. Entertaining to say the least. irish
the best(and worst when it affects you) is when the cash registers go down. watching people try to figure out correct change is frightening. I know it seems as if they freeze and just forget that they start with the change counting up to the next dollar and then use smaller bills until they can use the bigger bills to give out the proper change. The best is when the total is like $11.05 and you give somebody $21.10 (if a dime is all you had) and they get confused as to what to do. Giving them $20.10 in that same scenerio is even better. This is their face -
muck
I do that all the time... "Sir, that'll be $5.67." "Sure, here's $11.17." :whatthehell:
DMD
I watched one show. And some moron decided to accept $100k instead of chancing $175k because he wasn't sure how many decades were in two millenia. I cannot stand to watch dumb people.
Furd
Some people don't even realize or remember that the sun is a star . . . Apparently. What's your favorite planet? Mine's the Sun, it's like the king of all planets

dmarc117
its great when the kids are giggling to themselves when the adult screws up. one lady was asked what prime numbers were. she answered that they were the numbers you were charged on a mortgage or something like that. the kids were dying.
