splotchman
LJ finally breaks one off and looks like he is goona score his FIRST rushing TD of the season....and the ball is stripped on the goal line. Touchback. Not his season....

budlitebrad
So as long as the other team has no LBs (or DEF in general), LJ is a good play.

Bill Swerski
You an LJ owner? I am. If you're not, put a sock in it. He DOES suck. Not sure I'd say that. But he IS a massively overrated product of KC's former stud O-line.

On a team where I dropped 41% of my auction money on him? He sucks. In real life - who cares?

I am an LJ owner and I would not have done that when other are available for less. I got Henry, S Young and Edge together for less.
buck69
Watching this game....LJ "should" have 3 TD's at the half...but I won't complain with 100+ yards and 1. I certainly hope they continue to give him the rock in the second half. Soft matchup or not...with so many teams using RBBC, I'll take LJ. Broke my heart to see that fumble on the goal line. He should get another 50 yds and hopefully another TD in the 2nd half. As much as I also liked to see Gonzo break the TD record (at least until Gates does in 2010), I'll be selfish and wish we also could have gotten that first TD as well. Cunning Runt
That was pretty stupid. Ummm.... Bite me. Hindsight's 20-20, but moreso - auction drafts are funny that way. You can go big on someone and still have good players drop to you cheap later. But like I said - hindsight's 20-20 and it's real easy to say "that was pretty stupid" after having 6 weeks upon which to base that comment. Methinks you oughta put a sock in it too. Methinks that it indeed was not wise to spend 41% of your auction money on a back whose offense just recently lost two future HOF O-linemen, its starting QB, and has no veteran talent at WR. Did you not watch that offense take almost three full quarters to gain a first down in last year's playoffs? And complaining about it here is just downright moranic. Just replying to someone that sarcastically said he sucks (when he meant he doesn't). He does. Hey, I know it was a mistake in retrospect to shoot that kind of wad, but I'm pretty sure I don't need you to tell me it was moronic. By the way, if you're gonna hate, at least spell it right. BeeR
Like hell. Sell high. Whether it's him or his team or both sucking, the point is that to expect much more than erratic performances is that is idiotic IMO.

Even after he signed, people were letting LJ slip to mid 1st round or later in re-draft leagues for good reason. Blowing 40% of your auction cap on LJ was pretty stupid. The Irish Doggy
I started LJ and Gonzo in MVP. I knew my Bengals couldn't do jack defensively. If it was feasible, I would only play LJ based on matchups for this year.
