2 weeks later it gets zapped? Man, that sucks.

 

Every time I would come across one of your posts, I would stare for a good 5 min before moving on. :D

It was like being hypnotized.

 

It wasn't in bad taste or showed nudity.

I just remembered this post and went outside to scope it out. It's gorgeous. We had an unusual break in the weather patterns of rain, rain and more rain, and actually have clear skies right now. It's about 1/4 of the way covered and has this eerie red glow.

Enjoyed the spectacle on the parental's front porch in the countryside of Olympia, WA last night.

 

A question arose however: If you look at the moon face as a clock, the last "white" part before the total eclipse was at about 2 o'clock. The first "white" part after the total eclipse was at about 4 o'clock. Can someone explain the physics behind that? Or should I have actually gone to that Astronomy 101 class I registered for?
