Bier Meister
our daughter was going through a cycle where she would get sick and then develop ear infections. doctor was reccommending tubes. a friend told us about how a chiro helped another friend's kid avoid tubes... we gave it a try and we haven't had any probs with ear infections since. KICK A$$ BLASTER
A girl down the street who is four, had tubes put in her ears in February and hasn't had an infection since...I saw her the night she had her procedure and you couldn't tell from her disposition that she had anything done. Best of luck...
ABearWithFurniture
It's a very simple procedure really...our 2 yr old had them put in last June when he was 15 months old because of chronic ear infections and hearing loss. He also wasn't walking yet as the fluid build up was messing up his equilibrium. Out patient surgery took about 2 minutes with each ear and the improvement was immediate. He started walking about 3 days later, the fluid drained, and no more ear infections.
T_bone65
Elise had it done last July and has been great ever since, she was 2 at the time. She also had her adnoids removed at the same time and her snoring has disappeared as well. She used to get ear infections all the time, she has had zero since the tubes. Chargerz
It's one of the most widely performed ENT procedures and usually goes extremely well. I wouldn't worry too much.
Perchoutofwater
My oldest daughter has had three sets of tubes. They definitely helped. Thankfully I think she has out grown the ear infections.
