At home - I like to mix it up, most of the time beer, wine and/or vodka with various mixers. The wife doesn't favor brown liquors, so I tend to get things I know she will drink as well. Â Â it's primarily bier (weissbier is traditional) and lemonade (or rarely, sprite)... just have to play with the proportion. 50-50 is common.. i like about 70% bier, 30% lemonade. Â About 10 years ago, I had the opportunity to take a tour of the Tacate beer factory in Tacate,Mexico. I believe the cost was $10 American and it was basically all you could drink. I ended up in the upstairs make-shift hotel rooms that night with one of the young bartenders. The next morning she was still there and asked me if I wanted another day of drinking on her. SOLD!!!!
