whomper
I always think of Phil Hartmans impression of him and how great it was. "You are correct sir" RIP Ed.

rajncajn
I've missed him since Carson went off The Tonight Show. RIP Ed
Brentastic
I always think of Phil Hartmans impression of him and how great it was. "You are correct sir" RIP Ed. That was a classic SNL skit with Carvey playing Carsinio - "Buddy Hackett is in my house"

Savage Beatings
I know that he struggled a lot with alcohol for a long time... I'm surprised he made it as long as he did. Still, very sad. He and Johnny have a special place in my childhood memories.
alexgaddis
Interesting, I just read this on Yahoo!.... McMahon brought big laughs and a loud "H-e-e-e-e-e-ere's Johnny!" to Carson's "Tonight Show."
The Holy Roller
I know that he struggled a lot with alcohol for a long time... I'm surprised he made it as long as he did. Still, very sad. He and Johnny have a special place in my childhood memories. Mine too. I remember him doing live commercials on the Tonite Show for Alpo that invariably took a turn for the hilarious. RIP in peace Marine.

tazinib1
At least 4 people bought rounds today at the local sports bar in his honor. Taking a quick power nap as I'm sure there will be double that tonight.
